Grief Counseling

Let your tears flow

Grief is a natural response to the loss of someone or something very dear to us. It is normal to feel sad, angry, or numb following the death of a loved one.  Grieving from the loss of a child is the most devastating experience and it takes time to process the loss. The feeling will eventually be less intense as you accept the loss and begin to move on.

If your grief-related thoughts, behaviors , or feelings are extremely distressing, unrelenting, and interfering with the daily functions including the couples or family relationships, it is a sign that your grief has developed into a more serious issue such as complicated grief or depression. I will help you address the couples issues and help you build strength in the relationship while you are going through the loss of the family member differently.
