Therapeutic relationship is one of the keys to success in psychotherapy.  So it is important to choose a therapist that fits you. No matter it is short-term or long-term, time and commitment together with an open and honest mindset are essentials for therapeutic relationships. Usually we start off with weekly session then less frequently as you make progress. Although it rarely happens, if you think I am not a right fit for you, just let me know and I am happy to refer you.
